transport faqs

  • Through the reservation process we obtain your name, the pick-up and drop-off locations, type of vehicle requested, credit card information, email address, and phone number. We will send you a booking confirmation and the final receipt to the e-mail address that you provide us with. We request your phone number in order for our chauffeurs to keep you updated on the day of service.

  • We require you to book at least 24 hours in advance. We may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings for a fee.

  • Our chauffeurs will contact you on the day of service. For any important changes before the date of service you can email us at noirtransport@gmail.com or call us at 405-651-2069.

  • Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to service. If cancellation occurs inside of 24 hours, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. No call no shows will not be refunded.

  • A 10 minute grace period is given from the time of the pickup before wait time charges start.

  • All our chauffeurs are insured and also exceed the mandated regulations of Oklahoma.

  • All prospective “Noir” chauffeurs are background checked, drug tested and professionally trained to maintain the safest and highest level of service in Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas.

  • The information you provide Noir is confidential and used only for the purpose of providing you the requested service. Any information stored online is secured and encrypted. Your information will never be shared with a third party.

  • We ask for your flight information when booking your ride. This information allows us to track your flight and arrive punctually, no matter what.

  • We provide service for a wide range of events, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, prom, proposals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, quinceañeras, bar mitzvahs, concerts, sporting events, anniversaries, etc.

  • We need at least 48 hours in advance to prepare Noir Confections orders.

  • Yes, we can customize the macaron fillings and any of the charcuterie ingredients to your needs. however, the macaron shells - which contain almonds and egg - cannot be modified.

  • macarons:

    The shelf life of our macarons at room temperature is 24 hours, provided it’s stored away from direct sunlight or heat. when refrigerated, its life is extended to 3-5 days in an airtight container.

    charcuterie:

    The shelf life of our boards/spreads at room temperature is 2 hours, 1 hour if in a 90°F environment. if refrigerated, the shelf life is 24-48 hours.

  • The minimum is a set of 6. we sell macarons by increments of 12 for bigger orders.
